I am not clear when that will be considered and what the timeframe for it is, so could the committee raise that matter with the national services division and the Scottish Government? It would be good if we could pin them down as to when that will be considered, what the stages will be and a likely timeframe for them to reach a decision.

I have nothing in particular to say, except that we need to refer the regulations to the lead committee to ensure that we are not dealing with people dancing on the head of a pin. We have to put down what dancing is, and that is the end of it.
