To ask the Scottish Government what impact human rights law and the human rights obligations in section 57 of the Scotland Act 1998 have on freedom of information rights.
That provides some context and demonstrates that the economy is a consideration in relation to the UK Climate Change Bill, which will affect Scotland, and the proposed Scottish climate change bill.

She thanked those Members who had expressed support for the instruments and reiterated that record funding is being made available to tackle alcohol harms in Scotland and her commitment to protecting spending in this area.
