To ask the Scottish Government what it has done to identify the reasons for practices opting out or not opting in to the government-sponsored defibrillator programme. The Scottish Government has not requested this information in view of the small numbers of practices that have chosen not to participate.
To ask the Scottish Government how many members of the public have attended each of the Scotland’s Future public meetings. As at 1 July 2014, the programme of Scotland’s Future public meetings has attracted an audience of over 3000 people.
They are trying to identify a research programme that will help them to plan the very best referendum that they can in the eventuality that it happens, and I think that we are in a slightly different situation in Scotland.
Therefore, establishing our rules is an important first step. 10:30 The Law Commission in England and Wales is addressing questions of private international law in its current 14th programme of law reform. It has published a consultation paper on the matter and plans to report on that next year.
