To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make an order for bluetongue vaccine now to ensure that a bank is available as soon as possible after the product comes on the market.
There have been informaldiscussions with banks, Partnerships UK and both construction and consulting engineersas part of the Forth Replacement Crossing Study.
That was the situation that we tried to address. Were you presented with an up-to-date cash-flow statement and associated financial statements that included year-to-date financial information?
