I have certainly enjoyed researching the issue and I will be very interested to hear the minister’s comments because I know that the Government is doing quite a lot of work on the issue as well. 17:10 I congratulate Nigel Don on securing this debate on fuel poverty in Scotland’s traditional buildings. As the motion quite rightly observes, many of the buildings in Scotland that predate 1919, including residential properties, are in a state of disrepair.

To ask the Scottish Government which stakeholders will be responsible for compiling the evidence base for the consultation on its proposed Gender Recognition Bill, and what the basis is for their selection.
Local authorities can already run their own services in some limited circumstances, as some do. The Transport Bill, which has just been introduced to parliament, extends these powers.

The Scottish Government is working with NHS Education for Scotland and the Royal College of Psychiatrists to ensure this patient care is delivered by the right professional at the right time.
Club 50 is open to all travellers of 50 and over, and it will offer substantially discounted off-peak rail travel on all routes and all days right across Scotland. By comparison, club 55 was available only at limited times during the year.
