Delegated powers in the UEFA European Championship (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 - Review of relevant powers
Section 32 creates a power which enables the Scottish Ministers to supplement those provisions with additional provision which may be considered necessary or appropriate at a later date.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services: Follow up by the Scottish Government
Over 200 new services and supports have been established to date. These new services are linking up with CAMHS to ensure signposting and referral routes are in place so that children, young people and their families can access local support.

Subordinate Legislation Considered by the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee on 2 March 2021 - Annex
The Health and Care Professions Council’s (“HCPC”) earlier COVID-19 order (S.I.2021/27) was laid in both the Scottish and UK Parliaments on 14 January 2021, however, the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee noted that S.I. 2021/27, in amending HCPC rules, omitted a provision that defines the date a document is treated as being sent.

He said the Government was acting responsibly in agreeing to change the legislation at a later date should it be required.
