I have arrived at the conclusion, from the business shop exercise, that although there may be a single point of information, that system has led to a deterioration in service for certain types of companies, particularly smaller companies, which seem to have lost contact with the network. I understand the logic of the single point of contact, but should the single service providers be represented by that single point of contact or should a multiplicity of providers continue to provide services behind that front shop?
