I am not sure of the value of this suggestion, but I think that we should write to the Government once again to say, "Please, please, get the British Government to do something."
However, the issue goes wider than what could be legislated on. The main devolved areas of activity would be to do with raising awareness of public concern and education.
An authority might have a problem and feel that its inclusion is not in its best interests.It seems clear that each local authority should be given equal weighting, and I would like to get confirmation on the record that that is the case.
