Shetland has the lowest participation rate in Scotland and has a significantly lower participation rate compared to the national average for Scotland; 2 These figures combine to represent a significant increase in the inequality of patients living in a remote and rural/island community accessing NHS dental care.

To ask the Scottish Government when the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service will publish its annual report on the Victims’ Right to Review Scheme for 2020-21. The Annual Report on the COPFS Victims' Right to Review Scheme for 2020-21 has been published today on the COPFS website.
We have looked at the impact of the welfare reform programme on Scotland’s veterans; health and wellbeing issues; housing; and the all-important transition from military to civilian life.
As a result of the assignation provisions of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) 2003 Act and the Land Reform (Scotland) 2016 Act, tenants should be able to use the 7 year rule to gift leases to successors, avoiding IHT providing they survive for 7 years.
More recently, despite the Scottish Government following the agreed process to the letter in respect of Scotland’s Deposit Return Scheme, the UK Government, after significant and unnecessary delay, would only allow for a temporary and limited exclusion which rendered the scheme effectively unviable in its intended form.
