Liberal Democrats want to make clear in this economic debate the distinction between getting out of a recession using Government spending and trying to get out of a recession using individuals' spending.
That means that if we take the wrong decisions, and fail to support and grow the Scottish economy, there will be a risk. However, if we get the decisions right, and get Scotland growing again, there will be a prize to be had.
