Delegated powers in the Victims, Witnesses and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1 - Review of relevant powers
It is considered that it is likely a better use of parliamentary time to include this option in this Bill, which can thereafter be implemented by regulations, rather than requiring more primary legislation at later date to cover victims and witnesses in the civil justice system.
