In those regards, they meet all the objections that I have heard to date. Mr Bibby’s amendment is technically questionable and, in terms of what needs to be done, it would not work at all.
In particular, is any flexibility available to enable people who are unable to let holiday accommodation to make it available to people who have been displaced as a result of flooding without their being impacted by the changes in private rented tenure regulations?

A decision on this application will be taken after the conclusion of the Public Local Inquiry. At present no date has been set for commencement of the inquiry.
That will include investment of £29 million to provide an additional 78,000 diagnostic procedures, as well as increasing in-patient and day-case activity by 10 per cent by 2022-23 and out-patient activity by 10 per cent by 2025-26.
