To ask the Scottish Government how much it has spent to date on the legal process that began in 2022 between Transport Scotland and the developer, Ambassador Living, regarding the dispute over the use of Ferrymuir Gait to access the Forthview housing development.
The Bank of England has signalled that it thinks that those expectations might be too high, but that is based on the bank having quite a pessimistic outlook for the economy.
I understand that the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the regulations on 20 December 2022 and raised no points on them. The functions of another body, the Council Tax Reduction Review Panel, are also due to be transferred to the First-tier Tribunal, to take effect at the same time.
