The specific issues to be considered include: Police Scotland continuing to be able to thoroughly investigate allegations of all behaviour of that nature, to get to the truth of the matter, and to refer their concerns to the responsible agencies.
Whilst the transition of services is now complete, it will inevitably take time for these changes to completely bed in, with staff getting used to the new working environment.

We are fairly confident that our concerns are now being recognised, although it has taken a considerable amount of time to get to the stage that we are now at.
