The Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Constitution and Economy reported to Parliament on 9 September and has undertaken to come back to update Parliament as soon as we get further information. In the meantime, we will continue with the dialogue that the member mentioned.

That is what we do with the existing powers that we have and it is what we will do with any additional powers that we get. I guess that Ruth Davidson and I will just have to have an honest disagreement.
