There is a similar pattern with uptake in secondary schools. The target date for the implementation of hungry for success in secondary schools is December 2006, so those schools are going through a similar process.There have been major improvements, but there is a tendency to react negatively to change even when it is change for the better.

I am sure that the credit union movement will rise to that challenge.Members will be aware that in some quarters there is an arrogant misconception that credit unions are the poor relation of the financial services industry and that their volunteer base, common bond and strictly not-for-profit structure detract from their ability to innovate and provide up-to-date services for their membership. That fallacy must always be challenged.I am glad that provision has been made under the credit union assistance fund to develop the marketing of the unique message of the credit unions.

Is there any likelihood of an earlier return to Aberdeen than the current date? I understand the frustration that has arisen because Scottish Opera has not been able to tour main-scale opera to Aberdeen and Inverness in the past year or so and is in fact unlikely to be able to do so before 2007.
