I think that that is entirely right.16:00Amendment 10 would require the returning officer to designate voting places and the days and/or the times of day when people could vote.The returning officer would set the poll date. Another option would have been to require the Presiding Officer to specify that date.

I welcome the minister's comments on that, because the position that the banking sector is adopting is absurd. Every housing association is faced with a bank official not only asking it to pay increased rates but radically reducing the funding period, which is making the situation impossible.
