The Key Performance Indicator for this measure was 85% drug free. ATM - Addiction Testing measure (2005-06 to 2006-07) A random 5% sample of the prisoner population is tested three times per year.
The information on gender showed that the representation of men and women across all the grades was very good. Bill Wilson is right about the importance of such information.
We expect NHS boards to plan their facilities and workforce to deliver these services, ensuring the provision of safe, effective and high quality patient care, delivered by the right professional at the right time.

The Scottish Government is working with Health Boards to continue to improve workforce planning, ensuring the provision of safe, effective and high quality healthcare, delivered by the right professional at the right time.
Annabelle Ewing has responsibility for the Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Bill, Maureen Watt carries responsibility for some of the survivors funds, and my portfolio sponsors the inquiry.
Thirdly, there is sustained school and community engagement with young people to make sure that we create responsible citizens in Scotland. Most of Scotland’s young people are responsible citizens.
