Neurodivergence in Scotland - Health Social Care and Sport Committee scrutiny
This came out of concerns that those acting as “gatekeepers” to a referral or diagnosis or referral often do not have an up to date understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly in relation to women, girls and ethnic minority people, meaning that thresholds may not be applied fairly or appropriately in some cases.

The Scottish Landfill Tax (Standard Rate and Lower Rate) Order 2026
Section 41(3)b of the Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014 states that such an Order “ceases to have effect at the expiry of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which it was made unless, before the expiry of that period, the order has been approved by resolution of the Parliament”.
