Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Procurement Bill - Committee consideration - review of relevant powers
The Bill does extend to Scotland, however, “devolved Scottish authorities” are specifically excluded so the effect is that the only bodies in Scotland whose procurement activities are regulated by the Bill would be cross-border bodies and those whose functions are wholly reserved.
