Post-Legislative Scrutiny in the Scottish Parliament: A Reflection of Session 5 - Acceptance of recommendations
However, there is a significant minority of recommendations which do not appear to have received a formal response from the Scottish Government (17%).
When coding recommendations and government responses it should be noted that the quality of responses did vary depending upon the policy area and Cabinet Secretary they were coming from.
