Scottish Social Housing Charter: November 2022 (SG/2022/146)
On 25 August 2022, the Committee asked the Scottish Government:
A revised Housing Charter was previously laid before the Parliament in February 2022 (SG/2022/32) (‘the April 2022 Charter’).
Pension providers may provide us with the following details; personal details in relation to widows, children and other dependants; this will include name, date of birth, address, national insurance number, bank details.

The provisions in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill
The purpose of the Bill is to place the UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB) on a statutory footing and to—
place UKIB objectives into legislation;
create statutory forms of transparency, accountablility and governance;
remove legal obstacles to UKIB’s capacity for lending to local authorities and the Northern Ireland Executive for infrastructure purposes;
grant specific powers to the Treasury to provide financial assistance to UKIB; and
ensure UKIB is a long-lasting institution.1Scottish Government. (2022, September 2).
