Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill - Disregards scheme
For a disregard to be accepted, the conduct amounting to the offence must not be an offence on the date the Bill is commenced. Housing (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill - Regulatory intervention by Scottish Housing Regulator: Managers appointed by, or on the requirement of, the Scottish Housing Regulator (section 1)
Section 58 of the 2010 Act also allows the Regulator to appoint a manager to an RSL where it considers that this is necessary to ensure the RSL manages its financial or other affairs to an appropriate standard. To date, the Regulator has used this power seven times.
