Allotments and community growing: the impact of Part 9 of the Community Empowerment Act - Integration with wider priorities and legislation

There is immediate opportunity for the Scottish Government to do this while completing its work on the National Planning Framework, developing proposals for a new Biodiversity Strategy, and when it implements the new Good Food Nation Bill. Similarly, it is currently consulting on a Land Reform Bill and an Agriculture Bill, both of which may have implications and opportunities for community food growing.
