As a Board member it is their personal responsibility to make sure they are familiar with their Code of Conduct and the internal policies of their public body and that their actions accord with these.
The Convener of the Group took the decision to disband the Group as it was unable to comply with the requirements in the Code of Conduct to hold two meetings per year.
