To ask the Scottish Government whether it will add the Mallaig to Lochboisdale ferry route to the Clyde and Hebridean routes that are being put out to tender in 2016. The Ferries Plan (2013-2022) committed to consider a Mallaig to Lochboisdale route as part of Clyde and Hebrides ferry services specification.

I know from speaking to colleagues that, in some areas, that guidance is sent out to all named persons. It is up to date with all changes up to October 2018 so, depending on the outcomes of proceedings, there will need to be some tweaks to it, but the guidance is good and it explains the process well.
