Now that even the Liberal Democrats have seen sense on fracking, is it not time that the minister was true to his own instincts and joined the growing consensus that we should get on with fracking—in a properly controlled and regulated fashion, of course?

It is not the case that the longest waits are getting longer. Part of the challenge in NHS Tayside is that there have been some particularly long waits, which the health board is dealing with first, hence the particular challenge with achieving the 18-week target.
