A national programme of cultural activity is being co-ordinated by Creative Scotland which was mandated in 2009, by the Scottish Government, to take a national leadership role for culture and co-ordinate a national cultural programme and accompanying legacy that reaches across Scotland as part of the Games.
This EU-funded project identifies good practice in reconciling objectives on renewable energy with wider environmental objectives and in the active involvement of communities in planning and implementation.
