Employment Injuries Assistance – replacing Industrial Injuries benefits – date to be announced. This does not include devolution of those schemes providing 'lump sum' compensation for certain conditions such as pneumoconiosis.

Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23: Scotland's Public Finances in 2022-23 and the Impact of COVID-19 - UK-wide Health and Social Care Levy
In a letter to devolved governments the same date, the Prime Minister announced that devolved administrations would benefit from Barnett consequentials from this spending on the NHS and social care in England, in the usual way.
