Stage 1 Report on the Railway Policing (Scotland) Bill - The British Transport Police Authority's three-options paper

The BTPA described the third option as: "the most complex route to devolution" as it would require the full integration of the BTP into Police Scotland. This model required dismantling the BTP in Scotland and absorbing its operations into Police Scotland.
