In 2006-07 the target forcompleting childminders registration is 80% within three months.

The abandoned callsfigures is measured by collecting data on the number of calls that are abandonedafter the threshold of 30 seconds following the end of the welcome message.It is not possible to tell howmany callers abandoned their calls because of a slow response time and there couldbe a number of reasons for their decision to hang up.In November 2006, the last availablereporting date, 99.9% of calls to NHS 24 were answered within 30 seconds with theaverage time to answer three seconds and number of calls abandoned after thresholdwas six in total (0.01%).
