If you want to improve community involvement, the idea that we in Glasgow should attend one city centre court and that it should determine everything that goes on in Glasgow is completely unacceptable.

Our friends the nationalists are always parading the success of Norway and Sweden and the other Scandinavian countries, but they should remember that people from those countries come to Glasgow and Prestwick and Ayr to spend their money because the cost of living here is much more satisfactory than it is where they live.
