In the past, I worked with 54 local authorities, and I am working with another 32. I am at date 28 of a 32-date tour of meetings with every local authority chief executive, which is taking place on top of a lot of other touring.
Item 3 is a review of the evidence that we have received to date on the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Bill at stage 1, and item 5 is consideration of our work programme.

I understand that the Scottish Government will look to bring forward that business at a later date, and I hope that it will do that even if this amendment is not successful.
In the debate on A9 dualling, in response to Mr Halcro Johnston’s question on when ministers were first informed about the move from the 2025 deadline, I said late December. The actual date was 7 December, and I wanted to put that on the record.

To ask the Scottish Government whether Disclosure Scotland has set a target date for the completion of all retrospective checks on enhanced disclosure certificates and, if so, what date.
There has been a reasonable amount of debate on both of those issues. The Bank of England has undertaken analysis, and my colleague at the OBR Charlie Bean has considered them as well.
