Prohibitions on transfer to extend opportunity for registering interest 46B Prohibition on transfer to allow time for interest to be registered 15 (1) The owner of land to which section 46K applies, and any creditor in a standard security having a right to sell the land, is prohibited from— (a) transferring the land, or (b) taking any action with a view to a transfer of the land, until Ministers give notice under section 46E that the prohibition under this 20 section is lifted.
