To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to review the (a) Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, (b) Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and (c) Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 with a view to introducing a village halls licence. Depending on the activities carried out in a village hall there may be a need for a particular licence.
