We are probably in a position to do that, but another element has emerged, which is performance management under the existing regime.We probably require work—again, we look to Arthur Midwinter—on the key principles of performance management and which picks up on the delivery unit aspect, but which also reflects our understanding of where we have got to in Scotland. Perhaps the best way to proceed is to prepare a paper that sets out our ideas and to invite John Elvidge back to the committee.
