My view is that encouraging people to stay in the labour market and to move forward should remain the strongest focus of PACE, although that is in no way to question the value or the wisdom of the employment rights advice that Mr McMahon and Thompsons Solicitors provided.I will continue to monitor the situation, and if Mr McMahon or other members have any observations to add, I would be happy to hear them and to determine whether PACE needs to broaden its focus beyond its training and employment support activities...
