Law in the rest of the UK In 2018, Ealing Council in England implemented a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) around a Marie Stopes clinic. A PSPO is an antisocial behaviour tool that allows the Council to prohibit specified activities, and/or require certain things to be done by people engaged in particular activities, within a defined public area.
