What we announced in the programme for government last week is the preparation of work to establish a business development bank. We will explore the opportunities to do that and the practical issues associated with it based on the work that has been undertaken to date in the Scottish Investment Bank, to determine how the core activities of the Scottish Investment Bank can be taken forward to develop a more comprehensive proposition that can be made available to the business community in Scotland.
