The RMT welcomes the Scottish Government’s strategy to tackle child poverty, as set out in “Best Start, Bright Futures—Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan 2022-2026”. I absolutely believe that the Scottish Government can do more, but what it is doing at the moment is a step in the right direction.
