That is a critical issue.I think that the real action is going to take place in a number of bills that are coming to or currently going through Parliament, such as the procurement bill, the community empowerment and renewal bill, and the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Bill, which is all about the integration of health and social care.
