Engagements While we are on celebrations, yesterday saw 20,000 new apprenticeship places achieved. Labour fought hard to get those apprenticeship places in the budget and we are delighted to see 20,000 youngsters getting that start in life.
The provisions are set up to ensure that if, for whatever reason, that is not possible, we have the option of getting the seller and successive future owners.
There might be cost implications that make the proposal unaffordable or other technical matters to consider, and I think that, out of courtesy as well as the desire to get all the appropriate information, we should ask for clarification.
