Learning and Teaching Scotland has used the development of the five to 14 online resource www.ngflscotland.gov.uk/5-14/guidelines to explore copyright, licensing and intellectual property issues with schools and local authorities.
My view differs slightly from the views of Donald Gorrie and Christine May, because I am not sure that we should attempt to contact people who have complained in the past.
When we invite public participation, some of our colleagues in the press might have some interesting views to express, and we might wish to contact the lobby directly to ask what it thinks we should be doing to be open and accountable.
