This time last year, we had a range of debates on behaviour. Throughout that time, from the Government’s perspective, the evidence base was quite reliant on the “Behaviour in Scottish Schools 2023” research that was published last November.
All the public sector operates to a crisis model, and most of the cases that organisations see are a cry for help. We need to change behaviour—we need to recognise that we have to effect behavioural change.
