I understand her point about someone who lives in a rural village and does not have access to gas, but it can cost many thousands of pounds to take the gas supply to a particular house, so there would have to be alternatives.

Our desire in that regard fits exactly with our healthy living strategy.I find it odd that, according to the argument in the member's question, somehow our job is to provide specialty training for anybody who wants it in a particular area, which should be in line not with the needs of patients but with people's career choices.
