Perhaps we will take a simple approach and say that everyone who is an EU or EEA national who is here on a particular date will enjoy the rights of free movement, irrespective of how long they have been here.
I look forward to the questions. 09:15 Thank you very much. The EEA agreement in Norway dates from 1994. As Dr Sverdrup said, it gives you full access to the single market as opposed to partial access.
There were some recommendations for change from that report but, in the main, it suggested that the planning policy and the guidance were up to date and robust and it did not show up any huge area of concern.
I suppose that we will discuss the matter at some future date. I acknowledge the reassurances that the Scottish Government has given on the matter where possible.
More can be done on that, but I welcome the action that has been taken to date to improve access to, and to boost the use of, publicly funded residential rehabilitation.
