Since I spoke to Mr Green, I have asked the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing questions about the issue. Both cabinet secretaries should get together and get it sorted. Under the constitutional arrangements, it is the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service that deals with this matter.
