Men's mental health in Scotland - Paternal perinatal mental health
The Father’s Network survey also highlighted a concerning rise in poor mental health among fathers, with 11% reporting very poor mental health- twice the number recorded in 2022. Among those struggling with their mental health, 62% identified work pressures, financial concerns, and difficulty managing competing demands on their time as key contributors.
