I will ask a small supplementary to Stewart Stevenson's question before I ask my own question. It concerns who initiates contact. If, for example, a young person was making contact through an internet chat room, but believed that the older person who they were contacting was of a similar age, could it be used as a defence of the older person that they had not initiated the contact and that it had been done by the young person?
