It would be difficult for people in the same office to cope with that tension.The Finance Committee's report on its inquiry into accountability and governance did not consider the co-location of the SCHR with the Scotland office of the commission for equality and human rights, whereas at stage 1 we examined various options for co-location. Co-location is definitely a live issue, but I feel that what Des McNulty has proposed is certainly not the answer.I appreciate the continued assurances that there will be an overall review of commissioners.
